With over 10 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, I have built my career on delivering results that combine medical insight, evidence-based practice, and holistic wellbeing. My professional journey spans private healthcare, NHS programme delivery, and private GP referral rehabilitation, giving me a unique perspective on supporting clients safely and effectively through a wide range of health challenges.

I have always been passionate about going beyond standard personal training, dedicating myself to continual upskilling to become a female health specialist, GP referral qualified coach, lower back pain specialist, and advanced nutritionist. This combination allows me to work with clients who need more than a generic fitness plan — whether that’s managing chronic conditions, recovering from injury, or navigating the natural physical changes that come with ageing.

My approach is holistic and client-centred, supporting necessary medical interventions while addressing underlying health conditions, lifestyle factors, and long-term wellbeing. I believe that true health is achieved not just through exercise or nutrition alone, but by integrating the body, mind, and medical support into a personalised, sustainable plan.

About Me.
I have spent the last 10+ years in the health and fitness industry accumulating experience, knowledge and education on exercise, nutrition and health. The last 10+ years have seen me doing:
- 1:1 PT specialising in sport specific fitness for horse riders, GP referral for joint replacements, chronic obesity, arthritis care and diabetes management.
- Corporate health checks and health at work advisor.
- NHS Diabetes prevention and remission coach.
- Outdoor weight lifting and group exercise coaching.
- Online female health coach specialising in certain aspects relating to women's health and nutrition including PCOS, Menopause and body recomp for women.

Across all these various backgrounds what has always meant the most to me is personalising each clients experience. I value being able to support my clients on a 1:1 basis knowing that the advice I am giving them is tailored for them! I also value the hard work and trust my clients have given me over the years to be their guide on their journey to improved fitness, better health and overall becoming their best self!
